| The Harbour Lights Collector Forums is a meeting place for Harbour Lights collectors and lighthouse enthusiasts. It is a place to share ideas and get information from Harbour Lights collectors and members of the lighthouse community on lighthouse collecting and actual lighthouse preservation. It is neither affiliated, nor funded, by Harbour Lights, (although representatives from Harbour Lights do post now and then on developments throughout the company). Proceeds from the sale of this lighthouse are used to cover the costs of the forums, as well as helping to preserve and restore the world's lighthouses. Just some of the lighthouses which have benefitted from donations by this forum include St George Island Light, FL; New Canal, LA; Oak Orchard, NY; GLLKA (Great Lakes Lighthouse Keepers Assn.) for use at the Cheboygan Front Range; LI Chapter of the USLHS (United States Lighthouse Society) for Cedar Island, NY; Pointe Aux Barques, MI; Chesapeake Chapter, USLHS to help with the restoration of the Jones Point lens, and Save The Light, Inc., for Morris Island, SC. |
