*Current Lens~~ 250mm acrylic airport beacon, solar powered
*Open to Public?~~ Yes (sailor's memorial museum in keeper's house only)
*Current Owner~~ Town of Islesboro
*Waterway Location~~ Gilkey Harbor in upper Penobscot Bay
*Significant Feature~~ At the request of locals, the Coast Guard removed the skeletal
tower which replaced the lighthouse  from 1934-1987 and recommissioned the lighthouse.
