*Original Lens~~ Fourth Order Fresnel
*Current Lens~~ Modern plastic optic

*Current Owner~~ Florida Park Service lease to Barrier Island Park Society
*Waterway Location~~ Gulf of Mexico
*Significant Feature~~  Lighthouse was originally built in 1881 and served as Delaware
breakwater Rear Range Light until 1918. In 1921, the light was disassembled and put into
storage. In 1927, the light was removed from storage and reassembled on Gasparilla
Island, but not lit until 1932.

Gasparilla (Boca Grande) Rear Range Lighthouse
