have it back in. We will charge your account only when all items are in stock, and never
beforehand. We'll even contact you after you receive the product, just to make sure you are
happy with your purchase.
c) If you are sending the item to someone else, drop us a line if you would like us to enclose

d) Let's face it, at one time, or another, every one of us screws up! Although it is a rare
