your items are on the way and when you can expect to have them delivered to you.
b) If an item you order is out of stock, (we pride ourselves on having enough

we expect to have it back in. We will charge your account only when all items are in stock,
and never beforehand. We'll even contact you after you receive the product, just to make sure
you are happy with your purchase.
c) If you are sending the item to someone else, drop us a line if you would like us to
enclose a personal note from you. E-mail us here, or click on the "contact us" link at the
